Privacy
Short and clear: what we collect, why, for how long, and who is behind the site.
Who processes the data
The data controller is the trader behind KROKI (see "Trader details" below). Contact us by phone and Viber at +359 879 336 822.
What we collect
Only what you send us yourself. For an enquiry: email, name, type of request and message. For a review: email, name, rating and text.
Why
We use enquiries only to reply to you. Reviews are published after moderation, showing only the name and the text. The email is never published.
How long
Enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months. Unapproved reviews are deleted after 90 days. To fight spam we keep a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address, not the address itself, for at most 48 hours.
Cookies and tracking
No cookies for visitors, no ads and no tracking. We only count clicks to Viber and the phone anonymously, without personal data.
Hosting
The site is hosted by SuperHosting.BG in Bulgaria, within the EU.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time via Viber or phone. You have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
